About Tiffany Foo

Award-winning author Tiffany Foo grew up on Long Island, New York, and is an attorney and adjunct law professor. She wrote Ruby Foo and the Traveling Kitchen to inspire all kids, boys, and girls to learn and love to cook!

Her family’s life stories inspire Ruby Foo and the Traveling Kitchen. Her father, Ronald Foo, is the adopted son of her grandmother, Ruby Foo, a famous Boston restaurateur who owned Ruby Foo’s “Den” on Hudson Street and Ruby Foo’s in New York City.

Join Tiffany as she takes her Middle-Grade readers on adventures around the world in her traveling kitchen, where they learn about other cultures, history, and genuine recipes.
